We are a third-generation family-owned company with a passion for antique and vintage decorative rugs & carpets.  We scour all over the world to find items to add to our collection. Our inventory consists of over 6,000 High caliber, Luxurious one of a kind rugs and 2,000 pillows at all times in a wide range of sizes, designs, and colors. Joseph Zabihi and Daniel started this business in 1978 in New York, hence the initials of our business name J&D Oriental Rugs Co.. Daniels sons, Ilan & Rodney Zabihi are now running the day-to-day operation. Photos are available of our entire inventory which can all be viewed online. Our clientele mostly consists of dealers of antique carpets, private homeowners, collectors, interior designers/decorators & architects. We are always interested in buying anything you might want to sell too. We have a restoration department and every rug is cleaned and restored to the best of our ability.
