Superb antique Caucasian runner from the late 19th century with a rare all-over snowflake design Looking closely at the small cartouches in the field near the border, the date appears to be written in Arabic numerals as ١٣١١ (1311 AH). That corresponds to approximately 1893–1894 CE in the Gregorian calendar.
